NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED NSN: 1680-01-469-7897; PN: 2312M-41 (-9); PRON: AX7F5181AX; NOUN: Converter Assy Acft; Quantity: 50 Each Minimum/150 Each Maximum, Three-Year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ) requirement for the AH-64 Apache with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted the approved source Rosemount Aerospace Inc., CAGE Code: 59885 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described abov e are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not cl ose prior to the date stated above.
