- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of shipping crates: P/N: M2988 The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced Requirements type contract for one base year and two additional option years. Estimated quantity per year is 10,000 EA. Period of performance is estimated. Base year 10,000 EA 21 November 2007 through 20 November 2008 1st Option Year 10,000 EA 21 November 2008 through 20 November 2009 2nd Option Year 10,000 EA 21 November 2009 through 20 November 2010 The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See numbered note 1. Solicitation date: O/A 30 October, Closing date: O/A 20 November 2007. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estim ated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
