- RIA has a need to purchase various foundry supplies and or services . We will be issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of one to three years. The Blanket Purchase Agreement will not have any guaranteed quantities. This solicitation wil l be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may down load it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acqu isition.army.mil. Approximate issue date is 30 Oct 2007 with a closing date of 09 Nov 2007. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact u nable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore the responsibility of any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them may render your bid nonresponsive. Award can be made only to the contractor that is registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. The internet address to register is https://www.bpn.gov/CCR.
