- Information requested is for sources that have the capability and financial means to handle Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) that allows Civil Engineering to have projects accomplished at an accelerated pace without competition utilizing R.S. Means pricing criteria. It is a collection of detailed task specifications that encompass most types of real property maintenance, repair and construction work. The information requested is Company Name, address, telephone number, DUNS number, Small Business classification, bonding capability/availability and Point of contact to assist in market research to determine solicitation set-aside if any.
