- RD07214001/ BSM IQC07267009031 . This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-00-561-4421, Steamer and Cable, manufactured IAW with SA-ALC Drawing 64C22220 Rev ?H?, and applicable supports. The following exception applies: (A) MIL-P-7620 and MIL-STD-100 Do Not Apply. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 5095 each per base year and 5095 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 90 days ARO or best offer. FOB Destination. DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Note 01 and 27 applies. 100% Small Business Hubzone Set-Aside, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
