- Description
- PR Number: 0016471647 Nomenclature: PADLOCK. NSN 5340-00-158-3805. The solicitation will be for a quantity of 400,000 each IAW A-A-59487A NOT 1. This procurement will be fully competitive and an unrestricted procurement. Note 12 and Trade agreement clause applies. Delivery schedule will be in 120 days ADO. Solicitation will include a quantity option with a maximum provision of 100% or 400,000 each. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 (Commercial procedures; Firm Fixed Price award). Offers will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Past performance evaluation factor will be considered essentially equal to the price evaluation factor. Solicitation is expected to open during the month of November and close 30 days after. Copies of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) website; http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil .Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation.
