- NSN 3040006280155 CONNECTING LINK, RIG. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/24/07 using the DLA-BSM internet bid board system link on the DSCC website http://www.dscc.dla.mil as a Request for Proposal. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition has a drawing package that is subject to export control. Boeing License Agreement applies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited.
