- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) currently has a requirement for Outstanding Network Cabling Installation and Design (ONCID) at locations throughout the United States. ONCID will be procured on a competitive basis under the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. Therefore, only firms with active SBA 8(a) certification under NAICS Code 238210 will be eligible to participate in the competition.</p> NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-APR-2007).
