- USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-S has tentatively scheduled a preproposal conference for 15 Nov 07 at Eielson Air Force Base, AK. The conference will be held at the Joint Mobility Complex, Bldg. 4370, Rm 326 at 9:00 a.m. Submit the full names of all attendees (not to exceed 2 per company), Social Security Number, and Drivers License Number (State of Issue) to the points of contact listed below not later than close of business 7 Nov 07. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Numbered Note 29 applies to this acquisition. Size standard for this acquisition is $6.5 M.
