- This procurement is to provide Fluorosilicic Acid to Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant, Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, D.C. The contract duration is 365 days with four option years. The receipt date for proposals for is November 19, 2007. This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS CODE 325188 applies to this procurement. Plans and Specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS, https://www.fedteds.gov) database prior to download of plans and specifications. Pr ospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract.
