System: TOW, Nomenclature: Protective Blanket (General Characteristics item description: Insert 6 layers of 1500 Denier, 14.5oz/yd, Kevlar 29,457.200MM by 231.000MM, inside outer shell before closing and stitching on buckler and belts, sew 6.350 MM pleats only onto top side of outer shell fabric, 6 buckles). PRON: D1702684, NSN: 1450-01-298-7383, APN: 13327601 and a quantity of 136. Destination to be furnished. This requirement requires Government first article testing, quantity two (2). Delivery Schedule is 65 days after contract award for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 65 days for delivery of production quantity. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
