- Description
- It is the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis a requirement for repair to the Television, Camera for a quantity of one (1) each NSN: 5821-01-439-4803, P/N: 13076747-009. Upon completion of repair the Television Camera is to be shipp ed to Lockheed Martin as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). This requirement is in support of the Netherlands Apache FMS program. Authority cited: Statutory authority permitting other that full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 23 04(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled- Only one source or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The existing unique design c apability, engineering skills and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source required acquisition of the parts required from the approved source only. The approved source retains the necessary data, manufacturing knowledge, and or technical data that are not economically available to the government. This acquisition will be awarded to Lockheed Martin Corporation 5600 W. Sand Lake Rd MP125, Orlando FL 32819-8907. All approved, responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the ag ency.
