PRON: AX8F0003, NSN: 5340-01-131-9784, PN: 70400-06638-043, Quantity: 1032 each minimum/2692 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH Airframe, FOB destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 330 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 330 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Req uired delivery without First Article Testing is 330 each, 240 DACA and 330 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to t he approved small businesses G M J Machine Company Inc., Cage Code 8T119, Aero Swage LTD., Cage Code 5P733, CCB Industries Inc., Cage Code 60763 and Athens Industries Inc., Cage Code 1HP47 because this part requires engineering source approval by the desi gn control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for futur e solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date a nnotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
