- This is an update to the presolicitation notices for Mess Attendant Services posted on 21 Nov 2006 and 20 July 2007. It is not a new requirement. The U.S. Military Academy has a requirement for a company to provide all resources necessary to perfor m Mess Attendant Services at West Point, NY for various meal styles and to provide seasonal services at Camp Natural Bridge, West Point, NY to include opening, cleaning, closing, as well as providing Dining Facility Attendant Services. Various meal styles are Family Style Service, Cafeteria Style, Take Out Service, and Field Feeding. This procurement is a total HUBZone set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 722310 and the size standard is $19 million. The contract type is cost plus award fee. The period of performance will be date of award through 30 September 2008 with nine one-year option periods. A sources sought notice for these Mess Attendant services was previously posted under W911SD-06-MESS. The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 October 2007 and close on or about 26 November 2007.
