- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders in Greenville, South Carolina. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center, dated August 2007 as revised by CCM, Office, Atlanta, GA dated September 25, 2007.? This is a firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract. The services are estimated to be 89% male and 11% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 24,820 (males) and 2,930 (females) for the initial two-year base period; 12,775 (males) and 1,825 (females) for option year one; 13,176 (males) and 2,196 (females) for option year two; and 13,505 (males) and 2,555 (females) for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after November 22, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-1003-SE will be on or about January 22, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
