- Description
- The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services, Dallas (DES), in Support of the Phoenix Indian Health Service Area Office is seeking a qualified firm for crack filling and slurry sealing of the asphalt roads and parking lot and repainting parking lot stripe to match existing, at the San Carlos Indian Health Service Hospital and Quarters, San Carlos, Arizona. Written responses to this sources sought announcement shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE; THEREFORE, WRITTEN OR VERBAL REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF A SOLICITATION RELATED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE HONORED. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, supervision and any and all necessary items for a complete and useable project. All work shall be performed in a workman like manner, in complete compliance with all applicable industry standards, manufacturer?s specifications and warranty requirement to meet Government approval. Period of performance is 30 calendar days. The NAICS Code is: 237310. The estimated project size is $25,000.00 to $75,000.00.
