- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 6615-00-055-7383, ?Housing, Gyro?, requirement document 0016405421, and approved source of supply: Honeywell International Inc. (96774). Item is identified as critical application item, Origin inspection required, FOB Origin, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total Quantity: 110 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 110 pieces are to be delivered to Robins AFB, GA with a delivery of 143 DARO or best possible delivery. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) . ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
