- NSN 4235-01-308-5153, Pad, Absorbent Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 300 RO, IQC 07113009031. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0% . Solicitation will be issued under Unrestricted, other than full and open procedures. This is a 3Z procurement. No surge requirement exists for this NSN. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 86 DARO for Stock.
