- NSN 5962012835258, MICROCIRCUIT, DIGITAL The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 11/07/07 at using the dla-bsm internet bid board systems link on the dscc website http://www.dscc.dla.mil/ as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; partial data specified in the AID sets forth essential characteristics of the item. Only the specified manufacturer's part number(s), modified as necessary to conform to the partial data, are acceptable. Approved sources are: CAGE 54485 P/N TS-3970-2 and CAGE 81755 P/N MC01603-2. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
