- Solicitation SP4410-07-Q-2004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is issued by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS), a Primary Level Field Activity (PLFA) of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), with headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan. The planned result of this RFQ is to issue a firm fixed price single award contract to have a contractor provide maintenance, service and repair support on a fleet of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Miscellaneous Equipment located at Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) Anchorage, Alaska. This procurement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000.00 per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The Government plans to award to the single responsible offeror in terms of lowest price. The issue date for this RFQ is approximately October 22, 2007, and the closing date is November 6, 2007.
