- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) located at 4200 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington VA is seeking the services of a General Contractor for the on-going/preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, as needed, for the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) (main unit and auxiliary batteries), and the Fire Protection System in its Computer Room.The following equipment is part of this request:
