- Description
- The United States House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is seeking offers that will prepare a Comprehensive Lighting Design that will modernize the lighting of the United States Capitol Building Dome. The scope of work will include the lighting of the interior and exterior of the Capitol Dome. The design shall describe the role of the lighting in enhancing the exterior and the architecture of the building at night and shall emphasize methods for incorporating energy saving lighting design and sustainability as a part of the overall effort.
