- Description
- The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) has a requirement for personal and non-personal ancillary dental services at various US Army Dental Treatment Facilities in the Continental United States (CONUS). The Government plans to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. The entire solicitation including all attachments and amendments will be made available ONLY on the FedbizOpps website at (http://www.fbo.gov/) and it will include all the neces sary information to prepare and submit a proposal. The solicitation will be released on or about 12 November 2007. The solicitation can be found by selecting the following links: vendor, DoD, Department of the Army, U.S. Army Medical Command, Center for Health Care Contracting, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Paper copies will not be made available. Interested parties may register in the website to receive notifications pertaining this announcement. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the intere sted parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, must have a Commercial And Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). Th e anticipated contract period of performance will have a base year from 1 April 2008 through 30 September 2008 with four one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation notice if necessary. Telephone and faxed req uests will not be honored.
