- THIS PROJECT IS BEING COMPETED AMONG THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTORS: Caddell Construction Company 2700 Lagoon Park Drive, Montgomery, AL, Teng Construction, L.L.C., 205 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL, Walbridge Aldinger, 777 Woodward Avenue, Suite 300, Detroit, MI, and Whiting-Turner Construction Company, One Lakeside Commons, 990 Hammond Drive, Suite 1100, Atlanta, GA. Work consist the design and construction of a two-story, approximately 40,000 square feet, Company Operations facility. Spaces i n the new building are a combination of administrative and team readiness areas. The project includes all utilities and site improvements, and demolition of existing Buildings No. 701, 719, 727. Both open and covered concrete hardstand and POV parking (p lanned as 53 spaces) areas are proposed as part of the project. The project also includes design and construction of all site improvements and utilities for a replacement facility for the three demolished buildings for the Directorate of Public Works Equi pment Maintenance Facility(EMF), an approximately 8,700 square feet single story facility. The spaces in the EMF are office, storage, and maintenance.
