- Description
- This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KH), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to ACC Hospitality Lessee, Inc. ACC Hospitality Lessee, Inc shall provide necessary refreshment support required for the JAG Keystone Conference, Atlanta, GA. Under the authority of USC 2304(c)(1) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, the property or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. Any questions or concerns shall be addressed via email, as requests for information via telephone will not be honored.
