- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to create a holiday paint design and paint the hard scenery for the USAF Band holiday show. The vendor shall move all the sceneary from the storage unit located in Sterling, VA to the painting location and then to the DAR Constitution Hall located in Washington, DC.
