- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc, 2441 Michelle Drive, Tustin, California 92780 under the authority FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.501. This procurement is to obtain service and maintenance for the Toshiba Excelart Vantage XGV MRI and related equipment located at the John Cochran VA Medical Center, 915 North Grand Ave, St. Louis, Missouri 63106. The base period of service will be from November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008 and up to four (4) Option Years after the base period. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
