- Amendment A001 to the Solicitation effective October 19, 2007: (a.) The following answer/clarification is provided for informational purposes only, and is in response to a question received from a potential offeror. Question 1: Will Proposals only be accepted from Wired Telecommunications Carriers with fewer than 1,500 employees? Answer 1: The Solicitation stated: - The NAICS Code is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, and the Small Business size standard is 1,500 employees. - This statement indicates the threshold between small and large business size for that NAICS code. We will consider for award proposals from any businesses certified for NAICS Code 517110. Any questions relating to small business size standards should be directed to the Small Business Administration. (b.) The due date and time for receipt of proposals, 10/22/2007 14:00 ET, remains unchanged. (c.) Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation DTRT57-08-R-20001 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
