- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Collin County, Texas using EWP Exigency procedures. This project involves the exigent repair of the embankment slope slides on Site 18A, Collin County. The upstream and downstream slopes of the embankment will be excavated to remove the slides and replaced with lime-treated earthfill. The project is located approximately 1.6 miles north of Celina, Texas on State Highway 289.
