- NSN 6220-00-583-3442, LIGHT LANDING AIRCRAFT in accordance with the Boeing Company, Cage 81205, Part Number 10-60043; acceptable source of supply is Grimes Aerospace Company, Cage 72914, Part Number 40005-4559. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 182 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted Procurement utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 86 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 22 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 5 November 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP .
