- Description
- The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for translation services in support of the Defense Institute for International Legal Studies (DIILS). The requested services require the translation of teaching materials from English into the language of the country or countries for which training is being conducted. There are occasional requirements for translation of foreign language source documents into English. The documents requiring translation are in MS Word, PowerPoint, and other popular software formats. Translations must accurately reflect legal and military terminology, as well as any regional dialects. The Government anticipates award of a performance-based Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement as a result of this action. This requirement is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS is 541930 - Translation and Interpretation Services. The applicable size standard is $6,500,000. Offerors may download the entire combined synopsis/solicitation at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm.
