- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE BILLINGS, MONTANA The United States Government seeks to lease Office space consisting of approximately 2,082 rentable square feet in Billings, Montana. The space should yield between 1,810 and 2,082 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of ten (10) parking spaces should be available for employees and visitors. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of: Central Business District of Billings, Montana. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 03-01-08 . The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership.
