- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cypress Media, Inc., DBA The Kansas City Star Company, for classified newspaper recruitment advertising for the Kansas City, MO area. The period of performance will be from October 24, 2007 thru September 28, 2008. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and NO solicitation is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone responses will NOT be accepted and will not be honored.
