- Description
- Arches National Park requires basic janitorial cleaning services at its headquarters for a one-year period. The Soliciation for this will be available on or around October 19, 2007. Cleaning includes Visitor Center/Administration Building and adjacent rest rooms, the Maintenance Division Buildings/Offices, and the Resource Management Buildings/Offices. The Contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, labor, transportation, and training to complete the task. The Park shall provide all materials, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, electricity, water, storage, and other related items. This is a service and wages and salaries will be subject to The Service Contract Act. The NAICS Code for the requirement is 561720. Price Range is $25,000 to 100,000.
