- The proposed contract action covered by this notice is for subscription services to oil and gas pricing data from the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. This is a proposed sole-source award for a 1-year period with 4-optional 1-year periods. Any interested parties capable of providing these subscription services may submit technical proposals however, any technical data received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
