- This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small businesses. The intent of the MATOC is to provide a timely response to the maintenance, repair, or rehabilitation needs of the Government. Typical efforts include but are not limited to maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of roads and paved surfaces and slope and shoreline protection. This will include ancillary site work, such as rip-rap placement, gabion placement, and associated utility work, such as power pole replacement and underground util ity relocation. The contractor shall maintain the capability to provide quick response for this work. Actual work requirements will vary from site to site. Task orders issued under this MATOC shall be issued for work assigned to the Tulsa District, Corp s of Engineers. Estimated cost range not to exceed $15,000,000. For security reasons, all technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system on or about 2 November 2 007. FedTeDS is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system.
