- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to procure up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for Waste Disposal Services, to facilitate disposal of containerized substances incidental or unrelated to ongoing environ mental projects. The services to be performed under this contract will be within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries and to support the Louisville District's nationwide reserves mission. Contract performance will be for one year fr om date of award, with four one-year options. Award of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are: Technical Capability, Experience, Past Performance, Project Management Plan, and Price. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 562211, with a size standard of $11,500,000. The estimated value of this RFP is $750,000. This RFP has an approximate issue date of 18 Octo ber 2007, and an approximate due date of 8 November 2007.
