- TACOM LCMC is re-opening RFP W56HZV-07-R-0656. The new RFP closing date will be November 19, 2007. All terms and factors from the original solicitation and Amendments 0001-0004 stand as is. All documents and associated amendments from the original so licitation can be viewed at the following website: HTTP://CONTRACTING.TACOM.ARMY.MIL/MAJORSYS/M1114AC/M1114AC.HTM Amendment 0005 to Solicitation W56HZV-07-R-0656 will be forthcoming that will have revised testing procedures and will allow for design changes.
