- 17. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Carol Hardage, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9220, AMSAM-AC-AL-A; E-mail: Carol Hardage; NSN: 1560-01-436-1523; PN: 206-032-100 (-509); PRON: AX7Q0469 AX; NOUN: Frame, Aircraft; Quantity: 10 Each Minimum/60 Each Maximum, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for the OH-58D with delivery to Hurst, TX 76053-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 200 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted the approved source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Ad equate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themsel ves.
