- Description
- This is a Performance Based Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed contract with Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments yearly, for temporary housing accommodations management on a month by month basis, for mobilized military pers onnel assigned or attached to Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center (CAJMTC). Contractor must have the capability to house additional personnel as needed by the installation. Flexibility is required. The number of temporary housing units needs ma y vary in any given month. CAJMTC will be responsible for the assignment of apartments for military personnel. The initial term for this IDIQ is a period not to exceed a base 1 (one) year period with (4) (four) option years. CAJMTC requires one, two and three bedroom apartments for the housing of service members mobilized to support the Global War on Terrorism. The USPFO for Indiana will only pay for apartments authorized by Delivery Orders/Modifications, issued by the USPFO for Indiana. Facilities shall be within a 35-mile radius of Camp Atterbury-CAJMTC, Edinburgh, Indiana Solicitation can also be viewed at www.nationalguardcontracting.org.
