- Department of the Air Force, AFSAC ? Air Force Security Assistance Center, 1822 Van Patton Drive, Wright-Patterson AFB, Oh 45433-5337 The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) is issuing the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Emergency Airfield Lighting (EALS) for nine (9) air bases, twenty-one (21) EALS Transport Vehicles, Program Management, and any associated training for the Taiwan Air Force (TAF). A Statement of Objective (SOO) is attachment 1 to the RFP. The contractor is required to prepare the Statement of Work, based on the SOO, for this effort. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed price and the period of performance will be for two (2) years starting approximately 31 Jan 2008.
