Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Preventative Maintenance and Unlimited Emergency Repairs on Thermo Fisher Slide Stainer and two (2) Excelsior Tissue Processors at the VAMC in Ann Arbor, MI. NAICS Code 811219, size standard $6.5 million. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance and all emergency repairs on the Government owned Thermo Fisher Slide Stainer s/n S5HMS760X and two model A78400001C Excelsior Tissue Processors s/n EX09470506 & EX09440506 located at the VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, for the period date of award through September 30, 2008 with four (4) one (1) year option periods, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract.
