- Request for Quotations No. 702 for the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) project Facility Design services to be performed as cost task orders under one or more Basic Ordering Agreement(s).*****BWXT Y-12, L.L.C. (Company), acting under Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), invites you to submit a response to this Request for Quotations No. 702 for providing Architect-Engineer (A-E) Facility Design services for the planned new non-reactor nuclear Uranium Processing Facility at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The value of the design and construction, including equipment, is estimated to be in the range of $1.4 to $2.4 billion dollars.
