- San Andres/Holder Vegetation Treatment: The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment; safety equipment such as hardhats, eye protection, and chain saw chaps (Chain saw chaps shall have no rips or tears) materials, supplies, labor, supervision, workman?s compensa- tion, unemployment insurance, and transportation necessary to create a mosaic wildlife opening to improve winter mule deer habitat.
