- IQC07291009015. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-124-1048, Window, Bubble, IAW Boeing Helicopter (CAGE 77272) part number 414S2916-2. Approved source Task Research (CAGE 61272) part number 25-1003-00. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This item is a Critical Application Item. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of October 18, 2007. Configuration Control Applies. First Article (Contractor) applies. Government Fit Verification testing is required. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.: Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 2, 2007. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 3, 2007.
