- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), Administrative Resource Center (ARC), on behalf of the Federal Consulting Group (FCG), is assessing the market to gain information on contractors that can provide a capable staff and the necessary resources for developing and implementing statistically-based customer satisfaction models for participating government websites. The Contractor must use its unique web-based approach to deploy a methodology that will enable federal managers to measure and manage the success of government websites based on the voice of the citizen. In addition, for each participating government website, the Contractor must produce final aggregate, time series, benchmark comparison, response distribution, and segmentation reports for the corresponding government agency. Furthermore, during the subscription period, the Contractor must help federal government agencies realize the following benefits of the Contractor's methodology:
