NSN(s): 1730-01-331-4163, P/N(s): 1740SDP-001-1, Quantity: Base 18/54 with two(2) 100% Option years Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. and Stockton, CA. Required delivery is 18 each , 450 Days After Contract Award (DACA) for Production Lead-Time with Contractor Tested First Article requirement, 18 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) for Production quantity without Contractor Testing of the First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 348 DACA. This is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a propos al which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
