- The amended synopsis which was posted in the Fedbizops on ll October 2007 is cancelled in its entirety. This amended synopsis which was posted in the Fedbizops on 02 October 2007 is modified reflecting an additional requirement. NSN:5895-01-544-9823, P/N:599-3100-017, Minimum/Maximum is 134/268 each for a 2 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to Tobyhanna, PA. Required delivery is 134 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Telephonics Corporation, CAGE Code 78711. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adeq uate, economical description of the material for competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to i dentify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements.
