- This amendment notice is to state that the Government is considering implementing an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause in the final RFP. Offerors should provide the commodity/commodities which they think the Government should consider along with their rationale substantiating why that commodity is volatile and how much of that commodity (%) is in the total cartridge Cost.
