The time and date for receipt of proposals is extended to October 24, 2007 4:00 p.m. PDT. 2. Attached Questions and Clarifications 4 pages. 3. Section J Attachments correct Davis Bacon Wage Decision to CA20070037 20 pages. 4. The contractor will not perform any work during the FAA moratorium periods as follows: (Est NTP Jan 2008) Thanksgiving: 11/16/07 7:00 PM EST thru 11/26/07 3:00 AM EST Christmas: 12/14/07 7:00 PM EST thru 01/02/08 3:00 AM EST 5.
